Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

🔹Lead, coach, and motivate the team to meet or exceed sales targets

🔹Develop and execute sales strategies in alignment with company objectives

🔹Perform regular field visits to monitor performance and build relationships with key doctors

🔹Conduct sales data analysis to identify market trends and opportunities

🔹Organize and lead sales meetings, cycle meetings, and training activities

🔹Coordinate closely with Marketing team to align on promotional activities

🔹Identify and develop KOLs and high-potential doctors within the region

🔹Ensure compliance with all Company regulations and SOPs

🔹Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reporting of actual and forecasted sales performance for management

Job Requirements

🔹Bachelor’s Degree in M.B.B.S or B.Pharm, Medical Science or related field higher
🔹Degree in MBA, Sales or Management is preferable
🔹Minimum 5 years of pharmaceutical sales experience with at least 2 years in a managerial role
🔹Proven record in leading a sales team and achieving sales targets
🔹Solid understanding of hospitals, clinics, or retail channel in the assigned region
🔹Strong leadership, team management, and coaching capabilities
🔹Excellent communication and negotiation skills
🔹Demonstrate fluency in English, both written and spoken
🔹Knowledge of MS office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
