  1. Sells products by maintaining good customer relationship and managing staff.
  2. Be able to hit the sales target 
  3. Communicates job expectations by planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing 
  4. Plan daily PJP, day trips and monthly trips to the regions and assign to team member
  5. Achieves regional sales operational objectives by contributing sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews.
  6. Establishes sales objectives by creating a sales plan and quota for districts in support of national objectives.
  7. Maintains and expands customer base by coaching sales representatives, building and maintaining rapport with key customers, and identifying new customer opportunities.
  8. Lead & report month-to-month Sales status to management.
  9. Can be family with Upper Region.
  10. Strong experiences in regional sale managements

Job Requirements

  1. Must be bachelor degree holder.
  2. Minimum 5 years of working experience in Sale Manager Position (Hardware Tool preferred)
  3. Must have high competent in MS Excel and Sales analysis.
  4. Ability to manage team and meet the target.
  5. Strong communication skills, presentation skill, interpersonal skill, problem-solving skill.
