  • Work closely with the agency sales channel and provide prompt, effective support.
  • Assist in the creation of sales opportunities, monitor the sales activities, and be the intermediary to all agency support functions.
  • Build an effective and productive Agency Distribution channel.
  • Monitor agency sales through appropriate sales analyses and reports.
  • Work closely with the recruitment team to support recruitment efforts within the cluster.
  • Perform any other tasks as assigned by the HOD.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree with at least 2 years of experience in agency management, sales, or business development in the insurance industry.
  • Dynamic individual who thrives in fast-moving environment.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Detail-oriented, influential, creative, and resourceful with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Must be self-motivated and have strong work ethic.
  • Good command of English, both written and spoken.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
