Responsibilities 

Mobilization 

• Suggest good internal candidates for new projects.
• Request and make sure equipment are delivered on time and as per mobilization plan.
• Review Site-Specific SOP and train the team on it, prior mobilization.  
• Introduce team to Client Points of Contact.

Service Execution

• Perform regular inspections (Ad on tasks requirement on Exera’s policy) and take corrective actions as needed.
• Conduct training activities at site through drills and toolbox-talks.
• Investigate incidents and complaints, take corrective actions as needed.
• Implement a strong discipline at site, follow our Discipline Policy accordingly.
• Prepare schedules and replacements according to the needs.
• Prepare and update attendance sheets.
• Implement quality management and adherence to SOPs.
• Ensure the site equipment is in good condition and replace it when needed.
• Conduct site risk assessments, surveys and threat analyses to identify potential security vulnerabilities within the region.
• Act as Exera Ambassador for assigned sites.
• Oversee day-to-day security operations, including access control, surveillance, incident response, and crisis management.
• Monitor and evaluate security systems, technologies, and equipment to ensure optimal performance and effectiveness.
• Prepare and present regular security reports to line manager, highlighting key metrics, trends, and areas of concern.
• Security Event Management (if required).
• Perform as BAO when high demands and require.

Remote Areas

• Support Human Resources for recruiting and administrative processes.
• Source locally equipment and uniform as requested by management.
• Conduct basic training for new employees.

• Degree in security management, operations management, business administration or related domains is preferred  

• At least 5 years of management experience 

• Working experience in security, police, or military related fields is an advantage 

• Work proficiency with Microsoft Office 

• Autonomous and able to work under pressure in an ever-changing environment 

• Willingness to travel to visit sites and work outside office hours when required
