Prepare and submit regulatory reports to CBM, MFIU, and other regulatory authorities accurately and on time.
Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, directives, notifications, and guidelines.
Handle and resolve compliance-related customer complaints.
Maintain proper records and supporting documents for regulatory reporting.
Monitor regulatory updates and assess their impact on the bank.
Coordinate with relevant departments to implement regulatory changes.
Conduct compliance gap analyses and regulatory risk assessments.
Identify, monitor, and recommend controls for regulatory risks.
Prepare regular compliance status reports for senior management.
Support internal, external, and regulatory audits/examinations.
Develop and track corrective action plans for regulatory findings.
Review and improve policies, SOPs, and processes to ensure regulatory compliance.
Follow up on regulatory recommendations and ensure timely resolution.
Enhance regulatory reporting processes for greater accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Banking, Finance, Business Administration, Law, Accounting, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in regulatory reporting, compliance, risk management, or related banking functions.
Experience in a supervisory or team leadership role.
Strong knowledge of CBM regulatory reporting and Prudential Regulations.
Good understanding of banking laws, regulations, and directives.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Ability to deliver accurate work within deadlines.
Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong teamwork and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
