An Exciting Opportunity for ...

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients using the platform.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, feedback, and support requests.
  • Conduct regular check-ins to understand their needs and ensure they are maximizing the value of the platform.
  • Guide new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition onto the platform.
  • Provide training and support to clients to help them effectively use all features and functionalities.
  • Advocate for clients' needs internally and work cross-functionally to address any issues or concerns.
  • Gather client feedback and communicate it to the product development team for continuous improvement.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and activities using CRM software.
  • Generate reports on client engagement, satisfaction, and usage metrics.

Job Requirements

  • Must be a graduate from any university.
  • Preference will be given to those who have worked in the platform service section.
  • Must be able to use Computer (Microsoft package) professionally.
  • Must be clean looking.
