To ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and operational excellence in the delivery

and support of medical devices for new hospital projects.
• This role bridges customer service, key account management, and project coordination,
contributing to the growth and retention of strategic clients in the healthcare sector.
• Prioritize and resolve day-to-day customer service issues within defined service level
agreements (SLAs).
• Coordinate delivery schedules, installations, and training logistics in collaboration with
internal teams and based on project timelines.
• Customer Engagement: Communicate directly with hospital stakeholders (e.g., procurement,
biomedical engineers, imaging, nursing teams) regarding order updates, product
availability, and service coordination within the agreed scope.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Biomedical Engineering, Healthcare
Management, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in customer service, key account support, or project
coordination within the medical device or healthcare industry.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Familiarity with hospital procurement processes and clinical workflows is a plus.
• Proactive problem-solving
• Strong project coordination abilities
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM systems preferred.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Customer-centric mindset
• Team collaboration and cross-functional communication
