Job Description

  • Welcome and advise customers on tile products and design options
  • Maintain luxury tiles gallery standards (cleanliness, display, ambiance)
  • Provide excellent customer service with professionalism and enthusiasm
  • Maintain existing accounts and act as professional contact to satisfy customer needs and resolve complaints
  • Learn and share product knowledge confidently
  • Support tiles gallery operations and team activities
  • Perform other related duties as required

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Busniess or Sales & Marketing
  • Minimum two-year related experience in customer support, retail, interior, or sales
  • No tile industry experience required
  • Prefer having work experience in hospitality
  • Experience in showroom, retail, interior, or customer service preferred
  • Must have strong verbal and written in English
  • Basic computer skills and experience with tracking and recording call information, filing documents, or updating customer profiles/accounts; may include entering and tracking merchandise, scheduling with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Professional, well-presented, and attentive
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
  • Positive, solution-oriented attitude
  • Able to work weekends and roster shifts
