Job Summary
Join MCB’s Credit Card team in Yangon to drive card acquisition, merchant partnerships, and product growth. This role combines sales execution, relationship management, and credit screening to support business expansion and enhance customer value.

Key Responsibilities
● Achieve Visa Credit Card acquisition and usage targets through branches and external channels.
● Support sales campaigns and identify high-potential customer segments for card growth.
● Source, vet, and onboard merchants for promotions and installment programs.
● Build strong merchant relationships and drive joint marketing initiatives.
● Collect and verify documents, income, and credit history for HO lead cases.
● Conduct preliminary screening to ensure applications meet Credit Policy.
● Contribute ideas to review, improve, and launch competitive card products.
● Recommend product features, benefits, and pricing to strengthen market appeal.

● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Banking, Finance, or a related field; MBA is preferred.
● 5–7 years of experience in Banking/Financial Services.
● 2–3 years in Credit Card leadership or 3–5 years in Sales, Marketing, or Merchant Acquisition.
● Strong knowledge of credit card products, issuing/acquiring, fraud management, and card network rules.
● Project Management, Digital Banking, or Risk Management certification is an advantage.
● Proven leadership, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
● Fluent in Myanmar and English at business level.
