Job Description

  • Executive sale target plan for home loan products and ensure to meet target and objectives.
  • Acquire new consumer clients through developing professional relationships based on trust, empathy, credibility and ethical conduct.
  • Maintain relationships with existing consumer clients to ensure they are satisfied with their banking experience.
  • Analyzing the credit data and financial information of persons or business to determine the various kinds of potential risks, execute to get the qualified loans
  • Prepare the credit analysis paper for detail assessment of each borrower
  • Assess the creditworthiness of consumer clients and monitor their credit & business performance
  • Seeks cross-sell opportunities and directs consumer clients to other services and products available to meet their needs.
  • Do market analysis and research in terms of home loans product enhancements.
  • Onboarding the potential developers/dealers as well as new client to increase the sales.
  • Maintain a good working knowledge of the bank’s lending policies and procedure and understand CBM regulations
  • Work independently as well as team work.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders in terms of process efficiency and meet the turnaround time (TAT).
  • Educate and train the branch team for the home loan product and process.

Job Requirements

  • Any degree with related diploma/certificate preferably in business management, sales & marketing, credit analysis.
  • Master’s degree in Business or Banking & Finance is preferable
  • At least 5-7 years of relevant working experience in banking or relevant industry especially on the part of consumer products such as home loan, auto loan, etc.
  • Result oriented, great sense of responsibility and team player and High integrity
  • Good inter-personal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in English and Microsoft Word/Excel
