An Exciting Opportunity for ...

  • Coordinate and communicate with Branch Directors regarding transmission and power operation activities.
  • Manage O & M teams for daily maintenance and ensure all work orders are completed and closed on time.
  • Monitor PM/CM activities and emergency restorations to minimize downtime and ensure system integrity.
  • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports and ensure SLA compliance and MTTR performance improvements.
  • Coordinate with NOC, engineers, and fuel teams; track fuel planning and support invoicing processes.
  • Ensure all activities follow safety procedures and maintain strong communication with stakeholders.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Electrical Power, Electronics, Telecommunications, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years experience in telecom transmission and power operation & maintenance.
  • Strong knowledge of telecom power systems, generators, rectifiers, batteries, and transmission equipment.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to manage field teams and work under pressure.
  • Familiar with SLA, MTTR, and telecom operational processes.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
