  • Monitor MEP design development to meet client’s requirements.
  • Well understand to design codes and local regulations, technical and commercial solution.
  • Interpret the client’s wish.
  • Propose Design Concept.
  • Manage the teamwork.
  • Set up the design guidelines.
  • Carry out value engineering and design cost optimization.
  • Counter propose to outsource consultant’s design.
  • Manage in time schedule.

Job Requirements

  • B.E (Mechanical or Electrical)
  • Professional Engineer - PE (Mechanical) or PE (Building Services Electrical)
  • 12 to 15 years experienced for Design Development
  • Design principles of Building and Infra Lighting, Power (HT +LT), Substation, ELV)
  • Design codes and regulations
  • Design principles of Plumbing, Sanitation, Fire protection and ACMV system
  • General knowledge for Construction Methodology
  • Good in Design consideration and Inspiration
  • Good in Presentation Skill
  • Strong in Leadership and Communication
  • Able to work travel to site location
