Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

This role is responsible for mainly managing a retail store, which includes overseeing daily operations of a store, motivating team members, monitoring inventory, stock control, and meeting monthly sales targets.

  • Manage daily operations of a store and maintain the organizational standards of the store
  • Improve and deliver excellent customer service and respond to customer complaints in a professional manner
  • Increase staff motivation and value to meet the sales targets by training and mentoring staffs
  • Involve and oversee in hiring, training new staffs and supervise quarterly performance assessment to store staffs as well as maintain the employee turnover rate
  • Prepare sales budget forecast and manage the store OOS control
  • Monitor Shrinkage, Inventory levels and Receiving/Ordering process
  • Closely monitor of shop floor staffs, Expenses control and coordinate with Merchandising Team for the better planogram
  • Develop business strategies to attract customers, enhance profitability such as selection of best promotional items, and provide feedback to merchandising for top items list (Volume)
  • Ensure store compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Undertake store administration tasks
  • Prepare Weekly, Monthly sales report and other necessary reports as required
  • Perform other related tasks as assigned by Management

Job Requirements

  • Any graduate with equivalent qualifications
  • Minimum [4] years of experience in related field, especially Retail Business
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, problem solving skills and negotiation skills
  • Advanced MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), familiar with Outlook Email, ERP, POS system and English Proficiency is required
  • Must be willing to work shifts/flexible to work overtime as often as required
  • Strong Leadership and Customer Management Abilities
