Job Description

A Great Opportunity for ...

  • Manage and control construction materials, tools, and equipment in the warehouse/store.

  • Receive, issue, and return materials according to company procedures.

  • Maintain accurate stock records including bin cards, stock cards, and inventory registers.

  • Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.

  • Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile with system records.

  • Monitor material shortages, damages, and losses, and report them promptly.

  • Coordinate material distribution to construction sites in a timely and efficient manner.

  • Work closely with Procurement, Site Engineers, and Accounts departments.

  • Ensure warehouse cleanliness, safety, and compliance with fire prevention regulations.

  • Supervise, train, and manage store and warehouse staff

Job Requirements

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Store Management, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.

  • Basic knowledge of construction materials and engineering processes is preferred.

Experience:

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in store or warehouse management within a construction company.

  • Experience in managing site stores is an advantage

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of inventory control and stock management.

  • Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, and inventory management systems.

  • Good reporting, documentation, and record-keeping skills.

  • Strong coordination, communication, and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work systematically and under pressure
