About the Role

We are seeking a Risk Executive (Operational Risk) to join Good Brothers Group. This role will support the Head of Risk and Chief Risk Officer in driving the company’s risk management framework, ensuring strong controls, compliance, and proactive identification of operational risks across the Group. • Support the Head of Risk Management and CRO in implementing the Group’s Risk Management Policy and Framework.

• Conduct risk and control assessments (RCSA, historical data analysis) to identify, evaluate, and monitor operational risks.

• Maintain databases for breaches, errors, omissions, and complaints, ensuring timely reporting and updates.

• Evaluate existing policies and procedures, highlight strengths and weaknesses, and support process improvements.

• Prepare risk-related reports, memos, and presentations for Senior Management, CRO, and Risk Committee meetings.

• Participate in branch and regional inspections, contributing to risk reviews and compliance checks.

• Act as the liaison point among employees, management, clients, and external stakeholders for risk matters.

• Conduct research and provide analytical support on emerging risks and operational issues.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (professional certifications in risk, compliance, or auditing are an advantage).

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in risk management, compliance, audit, or financial services.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills with attention to detail and accuracy.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) with ability to prepare risk reports and presentations.

• Good communication skills in English and Burmese, both written and verbal.
