Job Summary
As a Risk Officer, you will play a vital role in identifying, assessing, and managing risks across the Sea Lion CLL Group. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining risk management policies and procedures to minimize potential losses and safeguard the interests of our organization. The role also involves monitoring Key Risk Indicators (KRIs), engaging with front-line departments to identify root causes, analyzing issues, developing countermeasures, and providing recommendations to senior management.
This position requires exceptional analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills to ensure the company’s sustained growth and operational resilience.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework and Business
• Continuity Plan (BCP) for the business, ensuring alignment with local regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
• Implement risk assessment methodologies such as stress testing, scenario analysis, and other risk measurement tools to evaluate the financial and solvency impact of potential risks.
• Define and strengthen the company’s risk appetite and tolerance levels, ensuring they are consistent with strategic objectives and overall risk capacity.
• Proactively identify and recommend process improvements to enhance early detection, thorough investigation, and accurate reporting of non-compliant or improper activities, including the redesign of processes to effectively deter, prevent, and correct such issues.
• Collaborate closely with key departments to ensure effective risk mitigation, up-to-date risk management practices, and proper information sharing in accordance with corporate requirements.
• Prepare and submit internal and external risk reports, highlighting key exposures, emerging risks, and the status of mitigation actions.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Head of Department from time to time.

Job Requirements

Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Economics with professional certification.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of progressive experience in enterprise risk management, operational risk, or corporate compliance/audit roles.
• Exceptional analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Proven ability to identify, assess, and manage risks, and to design, implement, and maintain risk management policies and procedures.
