Sales Operations & Strategic Governance: Direct and oversee overall sales and marketing operations in alignment with corporate sales management policies and growth objectives.

New Merchant Onboarding & Vetting: Supervise new merchant registration, background verification, and profile evaluation procedures to establish reliable business partnerships.

Pricing & Discount Approval Management: Enforce approved product price lists, govern discount structures, and manage formal price quotation approvals.

Sales Contract & Order Validation: Oversee sales contracts, order processing, and verification procedures before transferring validated orders to the production department.

Merchant Credit & Limit Control: Manage merchant credit policies, set credit limits, evaluate payment histories, and follow up on overdue accounts.

Sample Dispatch & Evaluation: Review and approve product sample requests, monitor sample dispatches, and track merchant feedback for sales conversion.

Incentive & Commission Governance: Oversee sales incentive schemes, commission calculations, and performance-based reward structures for the sales team.

Merchant Confidentiality & Data Protection: Safeguard merchant records, commercial information, and business trade secrets in strict compliance with data protection policies.

Marketing, Branding & Social Media Control: Govern advertising campaigns, public relations, and official social media communications while protecting company brand reputation.

Complaint Management & QC Resolution: Handle merchant complaints, process return claims, and coordinate with the Quality Control (QC) department for technical investigations.

Payment Collection & Follow-up: Monitor merchant payment status, manage post-delivery payment tracking, and ensure timely revenue realization.

Sales Forecasting & Market Reporting: Analyze market trends, compile sales forecasts, and submit monthly sales and market performance reports to executive management.

​Must be proficient in relevant management duties.
​Must be 30 years of age or above.
​Must be University Graduate.
​Must have at least 2 years of work experience as a Supervisor or Assistant Manager.
​Must be proficient in using a computer.
Strong knowledge of production planning, quality control, safety standards, Sale & Marketing 
Good leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Ability to use Excel, ERP systems, and production reporting tools.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
