• Develop and implement sales strategy to achieve organizational sales goals & revenues
• Supervise and lead the distributors and divisional sales team
• Follow and direct daily KPIs for retailers in its sector
• Participate in the development of network distribution in its area
• Coach and develop the sales team to improve B2B or B2C direct channels sales, to achieve individual sales targets and customer satisfaction.
• Daily interactions with members of the Company’s sales management team, relevant Business and Government stakeholders and key vendors’ leadership teams

Job Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of working in B2B, B2C or direct sales, preferably in solution focused for FMCG and distribution industries.
• Experienced in dealing with suppliers, marketing appreciated and expertise in physical sales channels management.
• Professionally proficient in Burmese and English.
