Job Description

  • Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls.
  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
  • Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.
  • Executing the approved plan, policy, SOP of Sales Department.
  • Giving instruction, guidance, leading, motivation and work instruction to subordinate to work efficiently and effective so that reached the target which has been made.
  • Plan and implement strategies to approach target clients via different promotion activities.
  • Tracking sales goals and reporting results weekly/monthly.
  • Coach, mentor, and provide feedback to team members.
  • Promoting the organization and products.
  • Find new market and build good relationship with customers.
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
  • Follow and make sure that Company’s policies and regulations must implement into Sales department
  • To perform duties assigned by the Head of Department from time to time.

Job Requirements

  • Any graduate
  • Age between 30-37 years
  • Have good knowledge about sales and marketing
  • At least 7 years working experience in sale & distribution (upper or lower myanmar)
  • Prefer candidates with experience on clothing products
  • Experience on Modern Tradem, Mobile sales
  • Strong command of Microsoft Office
  • Familiar with or have knowledge in software
  • Strong problem-solving skill and must have good attitude
  • Successful previous experience as sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets 
  • Experience managing and directing a sales team 
  • Able to travel 25 days per every months
