We will be recruiting for this position at the upcoming JobNATION job fair Yangon on 21st-March-2026 at Novotel Hotel Yangon.

A Sales Admin is responsible for overseeing daily operations in the sales department

  • Process purchase orders for retail sales expenditures
  • Compile and report on daily, weekly, and monthly sales numbers.
  • Help team with any new item set up requirements from the retailers.
  • Analyze the data which is related the sales admin process.
  • Liaise with the Logistics department to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Conduct sales planning and administration management knowledge.
  • Understanding ISO Knowledge, SOP, SAP and CRM.
  • Communicate important feedback from customers internally.
  • Stay up-to-date with new products and features.
  • Understanding of Company’s Product and Market.

Job Requirements

  • Age between (25 to 30).
  • Minimum (2) years experience in Sales Admin field.
  • Any graduated and Certification in Marketing, Sales or relevant field is a plus.
  • Ability to work under strict deadlines.
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics.
  • Hands on experience with CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular).
