An Exciting Opportunity for ...

  • Invoicing, Return, Sample, Transfer Process Preparation and order receiving for sales development.
  • Follow Up for daily way and in-stock or not, according to customer request, coordinating with logistic and WH team.
  • Checking and follow up the City Mart Portal online invoice and goods return.
  • Follow up Return and exchange in/out list for in time process.
  • Supporting to sales team (order, return, sample, transfer, DO & Payment outstanding)
  • Preparation for Return form (Promotion & normal).
  • Dealing with Customer Complaints and solving delivery issues, product issues and etc...
  • System Promotion Set Up preparation.
  • Weekly Quotation, stock list and price list update preparation.
  • Preparation for exchange form (Nearly expirer).
  • Other duties assign by GM and Manager

Job Requirements

  • Graduated
  • At least 3 years experience in related fields
  • Strong Knowledge in customer service
  • Strong Knowledge in sales supporting
  • Advanced in Microsoft Excel, Word, Powerpoint, email (Especially in advance excel)
  • Excellent in interpersonal skills.
