  • ကျောင်း၏ ဝန်ဆောင်မှု သင်ကြားရေးနှင့်ပတ်သတ်သော နည်းစနစ်များအား ကျောင်းသို့ လာရောက် စုံစမ်းသော ဧည့်သည် သို့မဟုတ် မိမိကျောင်းသား/သူ မိဘများအား သဘောပေါက် နားလည်စေဖို့ စိတ်ရှည်စွာ ရှင်းပြပေးရန်။
  • ရင်းနှီးနွေးထွေးသော အပြုအမူရှိပြီး  ကျောင်းသား/သူ ကလေးငယ်မိဘများအတွက် ကျောင်းခန်းအတွင်း/ အပြင် အခက်အခဲနှင့် လိုအပ်ချက်အား ခံစားနားလည်တတ်ပြီး စီမံဆောင်ရွက်ပေးရန်။

  • အပြုသဘောဆောင်သည့် စိတ်နေစိတ်ထားရှိပြီး ထိုးထွင်သိမြင်စွာဖြင့် တီထွင်ဖန်တီး ဆောင်ရွက်နိုင်ခြင်း။
  • စိတ်ရှည် သည်းခံနိုင်ခြင်း။
  • ကလေးငယ်များအား ချစ်ခင်စိတ်ဝင်စားမှူ့ရှိခြင်း။
  • အရောင်းနှင့် ဝန်ဆောင်မှု ပိုင်ဆိုင်ရာ အတွေအကြုံရှိခြင်း။
  • အဖွဲ့အစည်းတွင်း အသင်းအဖွဲ့နှင့် နေထိုင်ပြောဆို ဆက်ဆံဆောင်ရွက်တတ်ခြင်း။
  • English ဘာသာစကားအား ပြောဆိုနိုင်ခြင်း။
