Job Responsibilities

• Support the achievement of monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets in accordance with the direction of the Sales & Distribution Manager.
• Prepare and consolidate sales performance reports, sales forecasts, and market information for management review.
• Follow up on daily activities, customer visit plans, and sales reports of the Field Sales Team.
• Maintain strong relationships with hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, distributors, wholesalers, and key account customers.
• Follow up on customer orders, product availability, pricing, delivery status, and customer complaints.
• Coordinate with Warehouse, Logistics, and related departments to ensure smooth order processing, order fulfillment, and on-time delivery.
• Monitor and report the status of pending orders, partial deliveries, back orders, and stock availability.
• Monitor distributor and dealer sales performance, stock levels, and distribution activities.
• Track inventory levels, near-expiry products, slow-moving stocks, and product availability.
• Maintain and update sales documents, customer databases, CRM records, price lists, and sales reports.
• Collect and report market trends, competitor activities, customer feedback, and new business opportunities.
• Support the preparation of Distributor KPI, Sales KPI, and distribution performance reports.
• Consolidate sales data to support demand forecasting and S&OP processes.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs, Myanmar FDA requirements, and GDP (Good Distribution Practice) standards in pharmaceutical distribution activities.
• Provide sales and distribution support for tender projects, government hospitals, and institutional supply activities.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Experience in pharmaceutical sales and distribution industry is preferred.
• Experience in sales coordination, distributor management, and customer relationship management.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prepare sales reports, forecasting, and perform basic data analysis.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
• Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Strong organizational skills with good attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
