Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Strategy:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets.
  • Identify new markets, understand customer needs, and explore business opportunities for growth.
  • Formulate competitive pricing strategies in alignment with market trends and company goals.

2. Distribution Management:

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and key stakeholders.
  • Ensure nationwide product availability and effective distribution channel operations.
  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate with logistics for timely replenishment.

3. Performance Monitoring:

  • Define sales targets for the team and track progress using established KPIs.
  • Analyze sales data to generate insights and optimize sales performance.
  • Implement corrective actions and strategies to address underperforming areas.

4. Customer Relations:

  • Oversee key accounts and ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
  • Implement and manage CRM tools to enhance customer retention and engagement.
  • Handle escalated customer issues and complaints promptly and professionally.

5. Team Leadership:

  • Recruit, train, and mentor the sales and distribution team to meet business goals.
  • Conduct performance appraisals and provide developmental opportunities for team members.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

 

6. Budgeting & Reporting:

  • Prepare, manage, and optimize the sales and distribution budget.
  • Create and deliver detailed sales reports, forecasts, and market analyses to senior management.
  • Recommend and implement cost-effective initiatives to improve profitability.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to understand trends and competitors’ activities.
  • Participate in industry events and networking to build relationships and promote the company’s brand.
  • Collaborate with the marketing department to align promotional activities with sales objectives.

Job Requirements

Skills:

  • In-depth knowledge of the automotive spare parts market and distribution networks.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent analytical abilities to interpret sales and market data effectively.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, ERP systems, and the MS Office Suite.

Other Requirements:

  • Result-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes.
  • Strong experience managing nationwide sales and distribution operations.
  • Willingness and ability to travel extensively across the country.
  • Valid driver’s license.
