We are looking for a results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team, develop effective strategies, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate must have strong leadership skills, a strategic mindset, and a proven track record in sales performance.

Main responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets and expand customer base
• Lead, guide, and manage the sales team to achieve high performance.
• Set sales goals, track progress, and prepare regular performance reports.
• Identify new business opportunities and build strong customer relationships.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
• Collaborate with marketing and other departments to coordinate strategies
• Providing training and coaching courses for team development
• Handle key accounts and support key transaction negotiations

- Between 25 and 32 years old

- Must have a degree or certificate in a relevant subject.

- Must have (2) years of experience in the marketing field.

- Must be computer literate (Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Email, Internet...)

- Must have good customer service, communication, and negotiation skills.

- Must be able to lead, motivate, and supervise a team.

- Must be able to communicate in English (or Thai) at an intermediate level and have good communication skills.
