An Exciting Opportunity for ...

Design and execute digital and traditional marketing campaigns across social media, email newsletters, and local advertising channels to promote residential or commercial listings.
Develop engaging promotional materials, including property brochures, virtual tours, and website listings.
Conduct market research to identify pricing trends, evaluate competitor strategies, and pinpoint new market opportunities.
Organize promotional events, open houses, and property viewings to attract prospective buyers or tenants.
Qualify incoming leads and build long-lasting relationships with prospective buyers, sellers, and investors.
Responsible for achieving aggressive weekly targets.
Manages daily growth and development of assigned campaigns.
Plans and oversees advertising and promotion activities.
Drafts, reviews and implements subject matter related policies, regulations, procedures and systems of operations.
Influences, communicates, motivates and inspires team members to achieve departmental objectives.
Handle the relationship with clients and agents locally and globally.
Participates in the recruitment process for the Sales & Marketing department, determining staffing levels for the department.
Provides recommendations on training and development, planning of subordinates.
Present offers, negotiate contract terms, and guide clients seamlessly through the closing and settlement processes.
Develops and manages sales/marketing operating budgets.
Collaborate with mortgage lenders, attorneys, and other industry professionals to expedite transactions.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in real estate sales, leasing, or a related marketing and business development field.
Strong understanding of local real estate laws, zoning regulations, and property valuation techniques.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software, digital marketing platforms, and data analytics
