We are looking for a proactive and result-driven Sales Executive to join our Pyay Branch. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring effective product distribution within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell company products (alcoholic beverages) to customers within the assigned area.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by the management.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and distributors.
• Ensure proper product display, visibility, and stock availability in outlets.
• Collect and report market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and customer feedback.
• Coordinate with the logistics and finance teams for timely product delivery and payment collection.
• Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and submit to the Regional Sales Manager.
• Participate in promotional campaigns, events, and brand awareness activities.

• Must hold a Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in FMCG, beverages, or distribution industry.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to meet sales targets and work under pressure.
• Good knowledge of the Pyay market and surrounding areas
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Must be a team player with a positive attitude.
• Able to travel and work flexible hours when required.
