•    Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the sales team.
•    Set and track sales targets for individuals and the team.
•    Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.
•    Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase policy sales.
•    Assist team members in closing complex deals or handling difficult client queries.
•    Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
•    Maintain updated knowledge of insurance products, underwriting rules, and market trends.
•    Promote a positive and customer-focused sales culture

Job Requirements

  • Any bachelor’s degree holder.
  • English (Pre-Intermediate level).
  • Excellent in communication skills and teamwork.
  • Microsoft (Word, Excel, Power Point).
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience.
