  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets.
  • Set sales goals and drive channel sales development across Upper Myanmar.
  • Develop and execute sales agent network expansion plans.
  • Plan and implement B2B and B2G sales projects.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to execute brand activation campaigns.
  • Lead, coach, and manage the Sales Consultant and Regional Sales & Marketing teams.
  • Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and prepare sales reports.
  • Conduct regular sales meetings and provide guidance to improve team performance.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of sales experience, including leadership experience as a Sales Manager or higher (automotive industry preferred).
  • Experience in Agri sectors sales or similar.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical, reporting, and data management abilities.
  • Proven negotiation and problem-solving skills.
