  • Achieve monthly sales and collection targets
  • Identify, approach, and onboard new customers
  • Conduct regular field visits and sales calls
  • Expand customer coverage by township and business segment
  • Supervise and guide sales representative
  • Set weekly and monthly sales targets for team members
  • Monitor daily sales activities and productivity
  • Coach and motivate team members to improve performance
  • Ensure proper customer follow-up and market coverage
