  • Develop and execute annual business development strategy.
  • Achieve loan disbursement and portfolio growth targets.
  • Acquire new customers and strategic business partners.
  • Monitor sales pipeline and branch productivity.
  • Collaborate with Credit and Collections to maintain portfolio quality.
  • Analyze market trends and competitors.
  • Recommend new lending products and pricing.
  • Prepare budgets, forecasts and management reports.
  • Lead, coach and evaluate sales team.

Support digital lending and CRM initiatives.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or related field.
  • 5–7 years' experience in financial services sales, including 3 years in management.
  • Knowledge of lending products and CBM regulations.
  • Leadership and people management
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Communication and negotiation
  • Risk awareness and ethical conduct
  • Digital literacy (Excel, ERP/Core Finance System, AI tools)
