Key Responsibilities
-Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
-Lead, coach, and manage the regional sales team.
-Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and key customers.
-Expand market coverage and identify new business opportunities.
-Monitor sales performance, forecasts, inventory, and collections.
-Execute trade marketing activities and promotional campaigns.
-Analyze market trends and competitor activities.
-Prepare regular sales performance reports.
-Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Job Requirements

Any Bachelor's degree , Marketing, or a related field (MBA is an advantage).
- Minimum 5–8 years of sales experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Proven experience in FMCG, consumer products, automotive, or a related industry.
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and team management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong knowledge of distributor management and territory development.
- A valid driving license is preferred.
- Willingness to travel extensively throughout Upper Myanmar.
