  1. Help develop and carry out sales strategies to grow the customer base and improve overall sales performance.
  2. Oversee day-to-day sales team activities and ensure smooth operations.
  3. Manage daily sales operations by following set routes and schedules to ensure efficiency.
  4. Monitor market trends and new business opportunities to stay ahead.
  5. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to increase satisfaction and loyalty.
  6. Keep accurate records of all sales transactions and prepare regular reports for management.
  7. Create and apply sales plans to meet and exceed company sales targets.
  8. Review sales performance data and provide feedback and strategies for improvement.
  9. Supervise the sales team, offering coaching and support to boost productivity.

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor Degree Holder. (Diploma in Sales & Marketing preferred)
  2. At least 5 years of sales experience, preferably in the FMCG sector, especially in energy drinks and purified water.
  3. Can drive and must have active driving license.
  4. Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office and sales-related tools.
  5. Strong communication skills and must have teamwork spirit.
  6. Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
