  • Achieve assigned  targets and KPIs.
  • Manage sales team and key customers effectively.       
  • Supervise , coach, and develop the  sales Team.                
  • Ensure outlet coverage .
  • Monitor collection, stock, returns, and distribution performance.
  • Prepare sales reports and provide market analysis and recommendation.
