•Maintain and update outlet/customer master data, including outlet codes, addresses, channels, and route information.

•Check data accuracy and follow up on missing information.

•Prepare basic daily sales reports in Excel.

•Support the sales team with documentation and data filing.

•Maintain proper records of sales and stock documents.

Job Requirements

•Any graduate

•1–2 years of experience in data entry or sales support

•Basic knowledge of DMS and FMCG distribution

•Good Excel skills (filter, sort, lookup, pivot table)

•Good attention to detail and communication skill.
