To countercheck & data entry systematically for departmental stock issue.
To create and edit documents using Word, Power Point & Excel. (Contents for documents will be provided by team).
To prepare cash request form carefully that follow the outlined policies.
To perform confidential secretarial and administrative duties.
To maintain electronic & hard copy filing system.
To prepare and assist necessary documents for visa/ FRC/ Form C/ BODs property rent/ tax issue
To distribute papers from BODs’ office and maintain follow up system as required.
To handle BODs’ home petty cash usage without error.
To assist travel arrangement without delay
To perform secretarial job assignment effectively
