The Senior Accountant is responsible for managing factory accounting operations, costing, inventory control, financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with company policies and accounting standards. The role supports management with accurate financial information and analysis for operational decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and oversee daily accounting operations for the factory.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports.
• Monitor production costing, inventory valuation, and stock reconciliation.
• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
• Review and verify invoices, payment vouchers, and supporting documents.
• Coordinate with production, warehouse, procurement, and other departments regarding financial matters.
• Monitor budget utilization and control operational expenses.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations, company policies, and accounting procedures.
• Assist in annual budgeting, forecasting, and audit processes.
• Prepare management reports and financial analysis as required.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Extensive experience with Odoo accounting
• LCCI Level III, ACCA Part II/III, CPA, or equivalent qualification preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing/factory environment
• Strong knowledge of costing, inventory management, and financial reporting
• Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
