You’ll work across all levels and departments of our organization to find what makes us unique and communicate it to the world.

                       Responsible for development of high-level creative concepts for design projects including branding, animations and infographics for video, print and social media outlets. The goal is to inspire and attract the target audience. Work closely with the internal creative team to deliver exceptional levels of service and creative work - providing a focus on brand guidelines, brand integrity and company collaboration.

Responsibilities:

• Study creative briefs and determine requirements

• Plan and implement new designs 

• Establish the desired feel and look for the video’s

• Combine creativity with an awareness of the design elements

• Create prototypes for new product ideas

• Test new ideas before implementing 

• Establish a clear understanding of the storyline and purpose of the video’s creation

• Improve video and sound quality using various video software

• Edit video to include preselected music, interviews, sound clips and other important aspects of the project

• Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand

• Work with copywriters and creatives to produce final design

• Ensure final products are visually appealing and on JobNet’s brands

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Graphic Designer

• Knowledge of Adobe range of products: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat or Dreamweaver

• Professional mastery of video and audio editing software and programs

• Proficiency in branding, animations/motion graphics, vector art, and eye-catching graphics for social media

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent experience preferred

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Ability to discuss and explain design options

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to work on multiple projects and deadlines

• A team player, who is also self-motivated
