Job Experience & Skills Required:
* Over 7 years of experience with a minimum of 5 years of managerial experience in the related background will be ideal
* Must have a strong experience in the call center, customer services, and registration
* Good understanding of customer relationship management
* Excellent communications skills, interpersonal skills, and negotiation skills
* Proficient in both English and Myanmar language (both verbal and written)
