  • Manage all customer inquiries, reservations, and booking confirmations promptly and professionally, ensuring a seamless experience from initial contact to final documentation.
  • Provide 24/7 hotline support, including after-hours and weekend coordination of vehicle deliveries and collections to meet customer needs and emergencies.
  • Can be communicated in English (written and verbal) with both international and corporate clients, serving as the primary point of contact for VIP accounts and escalated concerns.
  • Address customer queries and complaints with a solution-oriented approach, escalating critical issues as needed to ensure service recovery and client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to support lead conversion, finalize contracts, and generate new corporate sales opportunities, contributing 10–20% to overall sales performance.
  • Maintain accurate records of bookings, customer interactions, fleet availability, and internal documentation, ensuring timely updates in both online booking platforms and CRM software.
  • Prepare and issue accurate invoices for short-term rentals, ensuring billing consistency and timely delivery to clients.
  • Monitor vehicle availability and coordinate with the operations team/fleet team to update fleet control sheets and status records regularly.
  • Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports related to bookings, sales, and customer service metrics.
  • Continuously review and improve booking processes to drive operational efficiency and enhance the overall customer experience.

Job Requirements

  • Any Bachelor Degree Holder
  • Proven experience in customer service or reservation handling in the car rental, hospitality, or travel industry.
  • Excellent communication in both English and Myanmar.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and public holidays as part of a 24/7 support rotation.
  • Strong multitasking, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with booking software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A proactive, customer-focused mindset with attention to detail.
