Job Description

A Great Opportunity for ...

  • Assist in the Implementation branch-service assessment on customer service SOPs
  • Explore effective and efficient service facilitation methods for frontline branch staff
  • Analyse the in-person serving burdens and information gaps for frontline branch staff
  • Participate in the newly implemented initiatives designed to improve services at branches in line with business objectives
  • Analyse and evaluate all issues and customer complaints from every channel
  • Review and find out the best solution to meet the customer’s satisfaction
  • Follow up with the branches and related stakeholders if necessary, to do service recovery
  • Conduct the analytical reports and submit them to Service Development Manager
  • Summarising complaint data for management review
  • Maintain excellent relationships with the stakeholders
  • Conduct regular branch visits and find out the improvement areas at the branches
  • Prepare the service development survey every quarter and submit the report to the line Manager
  • Report directly to the Line Manager and Deputy Head of CSBU
  • Provide periodical reports
  • Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Any University Degree, with experience in Project Management
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in banking or financial industry,
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with good command of English in both written and spoken
  • Positive thinking, initiative, result-oriented and willing to embrace challenges;
  • Customer-centric and innovative;
  • Proficiency in PC applications in MS Office
