(CRM Management, Customer Relationship, Customer Follow Up & Report)

•    Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to increase loyalty & repeat sales
•    Conduct regular follow-ups via call, message, or visit to maintain long-term relationship
•    Develop and manage customer reward & VIP/Top customer's programs to improve the sales & retention
•    Analyze customer's sales data and campaign performance
•    Work closely with sales, product and management teams
•    Prepare weekly & monthly CRM reports

Job Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree/ Diploma in Marketing, Business, or a related.
•Three years of experience in marketing and communications, preferably in product marketing and relate fields.
•Experience in customer service and relationship management.
•Good communication and presentation skills.
•Pre - Intermediate English proficiency (spoken & written).
•Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
