Work Location: 🏠 Mayangone Township ( Based on your performance after the probation period, there may be an opportunity for a work-from-home arrangement. )

 

We are looking for motivated and capable candidates that has strong skill in customer serviceCandidates with previous working experience in Singapore will be an added advantage.  The candidate should possess good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, or social media platforms
  • Provide accurate information regarding company services and procedures 
  • Follow up on customer cases and document submissions
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations
  • Assist with administrative and operational duties when required 
  • Ensure timely responses and professional customer service at all times 
  • Perform any other duties assigned by the Company based on operational needs

Job Requirements

Requirements 

  • Preferably candidates with prior working experience in Singapore
  • Customer service is a must 
  • Able to communicate and understand English effectively
     
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment 
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and computer systems 
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn  
  • Able to work independently and as a team

Working Schedule

  • Six working days per week
  • Based on Singapore office working hours
  • Work schedule follows Singapore calendar
  • Candidates must be willing to work on Saturdays and Sundays
