Financial Planning & Reporting

• Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports and executive presentations
• Drive budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and operational plans
• Perform in-depth variance analysis and provide actionable insights to senior management
• Develop and maintain financial models to support scenario planning and decision-making

Supply Chain Finance

• Analyze supply chain costs including procurement, logistics, warehousing and inventory management
• Working closely with supply chain teams to evaluate cost-saving opportunities and assess the financial impact of operational changes

Commercial Analysis

• Evaluate sales performance and customer profitability across channels and regions
• Collaborate with commercial teams to assess market trends, promotional effectiveness and margin optimization.
• Provide financial support for new product launches, business cases and strategic initiatives.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to support strategic planning.

Production and Costing Analysis

• Analyze production costs, yields and efficiency metrics for each SKU to identify opportunities for cost reduction and operational improvement
• Collaborate with operations and manufacturing teams to assess the financial impact of production changes
• Monitor key production KPIs such as downtime and waste and support cost-reduction initiatives
• Data & Systems
• Oversee data collection, validation and integration from multiple departments for reporting and analysis
• Maintain and enhance Power BI dashboards and other reporting tools for real-time business insights.
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across financial systems and reports.

• 3-5 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis or a related finance role
• Finance, Accounting and Audit background professional certificates including ACCA, CIMA and CPA
• Proficiency in financial modeling, advanced Excel skills and experience with financial systems such as SAP
• Familiarity with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau is a plus
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills with demonstrated ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Solid understanding of manufacturing costing, including the identification and analysis of cost drivers in production processes
• Strong attention to accuracy and detail in all financial analyses and report
• Demonstrated ability to identify issues and develop effective solutions in a dynamic environment
• Ability to communicate complex financial concepts effectively to non-financial stakeholders and senior management both in written and verbal forms
• Demonstrated interpersonal skills with ability to build relationship and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
