Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and manage end-to-end HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee retention.

  • Oversee payroll, attendance, leave management, and employee benefits.

  • Ensure compliance with Myanmar labor laws, social security, and tax regulations.

  • Develop and update HR policies, procedures, and training programs.

  • Handle employee engagement, conflict resolution, and performance evaluations.

  • Maintain accurate HR records and prepare monthly HR reports for management.

  • Organize company meetings, travel arrangements, and staff events.

  • Support management in HR planning and organizational development.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in HR and administration.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software.

  • Good understanding of Myanmar labor law and related compliance.
