Maintain and update the Personal Files of Company EmployeeArrange to pay Social Security Contribution for Company Employee in monthlyArrange to pay Salary Tax for Company EmployeeVacancy Announcement Preparation and placing AdvertisementAssist in the arrangement of Recruiting: CV Collection, Interview Documents Preparation, Interview Test and inform the result to ManagerPrepare necessity for interview (Filling data to Candidates in CS Format, Scan the relevant documents of Candidates and Printing)Interview Arrangement, Interview Assessment and Test Results Preparation for some positionRecord the status of Interview and inform the results to CandidatesAssist to Manager in issuing various letters related to Human Resources Announcement, Company Rules, Office Discipline, Procedures and Announcement and several Personnel AffairsAssist to Manager in issuing various letters related toAssist to Manager for job Description (JD) and Job Specification (JS), Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) processesPreparing for Meetings and Recording for the meeting data & meeting minutesAssist in arranging for Training and Development of EmployeeAssist in arranging of Training for passed Candidates and record the Training InfoPrepare and report all Training record with database to ManagerCheck and Manage Daily Attendance, Leave and Overtime Record from HR AssistantOrganize of Seasonal/Periodical EventsParticipate the Events and Seminars arranged by CompanyManage to HR Assistant for some employee relation issue and employee benefits, social welfare, social security Board (SSB) and staff insurance process and report to Manager with timeline

Job Requirements
Bachelor Degree Graduated with good Communication, Planning and Reporting skillsMinimum 3 years and above experiences in related fieldAdvantages in possessing the Diploma or Certificate of Administration or Office Management and Human Resources ManagementPreferred in knowledge of relevant Laws and RegulationsGood experiences in Office Administration and Human ResourcesProficient in Microsoft Office and Computer LiterateGood command in English 4 skillsHave Analytical and Problem Solving SkillsBe Self-motivated and Result-orientedBe Trustworthy, Respectful, Adaptable, Flexible and good AttitudeCan demonstrate sound Work Ethics and Teamwork
