Job Description

A Great Opportunity for ...

  • Manage the daily operations of HR employment reporting.
  • Post job openings and search for potential candidates’ CVs.
  • Handle interview arrangements, including resume screening, interview scheduling, and maintaining recruitment records.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop accurate job descriptions.
  • Source and screen candidates using various recruiting tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook, recruitment agencies, and other external partners).
  • Manage the full recruitment process from start to finish, including scheduling interviews, conducting reference checks, and making job offers.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to recruitment.
  • Conduct orientation sessions for newly hired employees.
  • Maintain and update staff records, including personal data, work history, leave records, and HR concerns.
  • Handle probation, warning, and termination processes.
  • Assist with payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonuses, leave records, etc.).
  • Respond to employee requests regarding HR policies, rules, and regulations.
  • Any other duties assigned by the Head of HR.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment and selection.
  • Proven ability to implement recruitment plans and manage end-to-end hiring processes.
  • Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and numerical skills.
  • Ability to travel as required.
