Job Purpose
To handle key HR functions including payroll calculation, recruitment processes, employee records management, income tax and social security processing, and employee performance appraisals.
Key Responsibilities
Monthly salary calculation for all staff in an accurate and timely manner.
Ensure proper attendance, leave records, and overtime are included in payroll.
Deduct and report applicable income tax and social security payments.
- Recruitment & Onboarding
- Refill manpower as needed by coordinating with department heads.
- Prepare and post job announcements; arrange interviews and communicate with candidates.
- Issue appointment letters for all new hires.
- Check and verify personal documents and employment forms of all new employees.
- Employee Data Management
- Maintain up-to-date employee records (both digital and physical)
- Ensure all required documents are collected and properly filed.
- Legal Compliance
Calculate and process monthly income tax and social security (SSB) contributions accurately.
Ensure all HR practices are compliant with labor laws and company policies.
Assist in organizing and documenting employee performance appraisals.
Follow up with department heads for evaluation schedules and feedback.
Provide HR-related assistance to other departments as needed.
Support in HR reports preparation and audits when required.
