Ensure smooth functioning of IT infrastructure of CDSG corporate office.
Ensure the smooth functioning of IT infrastructure & related application of the BU (directly supported by Group IT).
Ensure the adherence to IT policy throughout the group
Ensure the adherence to IT security policy throughout the group
Preventive, corrective & breakdown maintenance of IT infrastructure
Ensure daily backup of enterprise application & data
Provide day-to-day IT support to user department align with their business requirement
Domain Server, Mail Server, ERP Server & Backup Server Maintenance and Troubleshooting

Job Requirements

5+years of experience in IT Infrastructure establishment, maintenance & troubleshooting support.
Should have working knowledge & experience of Domain, Exchange mail and proxy server installation, maintenance & troubleshooting support.
Graduate/ Post Graduate/ B.Tech (CS/IT) / MTech/ MCA/ MBA/ CCNA/ MCSE
