Role Summary

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Logistics Officer (Control & Monitoring) based in the Warehouse Area. The role involves overseeing day-to-day logistics operations, managing inventory control processes, ensuring efficient Fleet functioning, and providing timely monitoring and reporting on supply chain activities. The Senior Logistics Officer will also assist in coordinating with relevant stakeholders to streamline logistics operations and ensure administrative processes are optimally maintained.

Job Description:

• Plan, schedule, and supervise vehicle repairs, preventive maintenance, and workshop activities.
• Manage spare parts and consumables inventory, ensuring availability and cost control.
• Supervise fuel consumption control and GPS monitoring systems to optimize fleet efficiency.
• Lead and supervise mechanics, helpers, and monitoring staff.
• Ensure vehicles meet safety, regulatory, and compliance standards.
• Prepare maintenance, inventory, and monitoring reports for management review.
• Monitor and control maintenance and operational costs within budget.

Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Logistics, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet maintenance, inventory management, or monitoring.
• Proven experience in workshop management and vehicle maintenance.
• Knowledge of GPS systems and fuel management tools.
• Proficiency in MS Office and fleet management software.
